I had arrears on my mortgage and arrears on my secured loan, they paid the arrears for me and even gave me some money for the deposit and first months rent for my new home.
My house had been empty for years and was in very poor condition so it was unmortgageable.
When we agreed on a price they showed me a bank statement to show that they had the money to buy my home and the sale went through without any problems.
I needed to sell my house fast and they completed in 11 days.
